Wreaths Across America Newsletter, Issue #005 -- Sponsor a wreath
March 31, 2007
Greetings from Maine

Greetings,

In this month's installment of the Wreaths Across America Newsletter we share how you can help us reach our goal in expanding the mission to Remember; Honor; & Teach.

In 2007, we are expanding the scope of the wreath-laying events to over 200 locations and 500,000 wreaths! We need your help to reach this ambitious goal!

If you haven't done so, please take a moment to sponsor one or more wreaths that will be laid at the headstones of our nation's veterans.

Please share this newsletter with your friends and family. There is a tremendous amount of work that needs to be done before next December and WE NEED YOUR HELP getting the word out.

That's it for March. Seems like each month we have exciting new announcements to share. What started as a simple gesture over 15 years ago is growing by leaps and bounds!

Last December, when Morrill Worcester was interviewed by Fox News (see January Newsletter for direct link), he talked about how the project started so many years ago - and a distant vision to one day decorate EVERY veterans grave, in recognition of their service and sacrifices to the Country.

That might have seemed an implausible jump, but this year we are gearing up to do over 500,000 wreaths across over 200 locations, including cemeteries on foreign soil. It is a big mission, and WE NEED YOUR HELP to realize it.

We hope you will take a moment to join us. It is amazing what can happen with many hands and many hearts.

Regards,

Tobin Slaven Wreaths Across America Writer and Spokesperson
