Thank you Lakeland Chapter of the U. S. Military Veterans M/C for giving us the honor of participating in the Wreaths Across America ceremony Dec. 15th at the Florida National Cemetery.
And thanks to all the veterans of the attending M/C's who gave us the honor of being treated as equals. It is something most of us have never experienced in the 62 years since the end of WWII. Altho we finally received veterans status in 1988, there is still a reticence of many to accept. I personally felt that I was among the best of friends at the ceremony. May God bless every one of you.
